I'm a Los Angeles-based editor and writer with more than ten years of experience in lifestyle/food media and branded content. I'm passionate about telling compelling stories in the food world and beyond.

As a freelance writer and content strategist, my work has appeared in such outlets as Bon Appetit, Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, Los Angeles Magazine, Thrillist, and many others. In addition, I work with clients on copywriting projects big and small, and consult on social media strategy and execution for brands who are looking to amplify their reach.

Before going freelance, I was the Editorial Director at Tasting Table. There, I oversaw all all content for the national digital food and drink publication, including all large-scale editorial packages and branded content campaigns. I managed a team of ten-plus writers, editors, and video producers, and oversaw all recipe development and editing in our in-house Test Kitchen. Prior, I was the Senior Editor and San Francisco Editor for DailyCandy, where I covered everything from food and travel to beauty and fashion. I've also been on the mastheads at such publications as 7x7 and WHERE Magazine.

I have a proven track record of creating high-performing, shareable content for publications, covering everything from food and travel to fashion and wellness. I've executed successful branded content campaigns for clients such as Crate and Barrel, Michael Kors, BMW and many others. Not only do I understand the ins and outs and ups and downs of digital media, but I have a knack for brand voice—and always deliver quality work on deadline.

I grew up idolizing Katie Couric (true story), so I've done my fair share of on-camera work as well. I've almost cried eating Nashville-style hot chicken with The Chew's Carla Hall, made the most beautiful vegetable fried rice with chef Steven Satterfield, and been bossed around by the Millionaire Matchmaker. I've even appeared as a guest judge on an episode of MasterChef.

When I'm not working, you might spot me eating pasta (and Instagramming it) at one of my favorite restaurants, sweating out the carbs in a 305 Fitness class, or waiting for my next flight to explore a new city.
